View Student Activity

You can view a student's activity and progress on Testwise in a number of different ways, which include the following:

• Monitor Student Progress - The status of each student can be seen during a live sitting.

• View Student Activity Log - This option displays a list of all the assessments which have been assigned to a student, and the date and time of their beginning and completion.

• Preview Reports - This option displays student assessment results in an interactive HTML format, PDF or Excel (depending on the kind of report being viewed).

You can view the Activity Log for any student. This option displays a list of all the assessments which have been assigned to a student, and the date and time of their beginning and completion.

To View a Student's Activity Log:

1. Click Students on the Testwise home screen. All existing students will be displayed.

2. Find the student whose Activity Log you want to view.

Note: If required, use the Search Bar or Filter to help find a specific student.

3. Select Activity Log in the 'Action' column on the relevant student's row.

Note: If not immediately visible, click the 'ellipsis' to display all available functions for a student. Select Activity Log.

This will display the student's Activity Log which includes information regarding the time and date of when each assessment was assigned, started and completed by the student. In progress assessments are also displayed here.

You can copy and paste the information displayed here into another document, if required.

Note: The student's assessment activity is collapsed by default.

4. Click Expand for the relevant sitting to view further details.

5. Click Close when you have finished viewing the Activity Log to return to the Students list.
