View the Students List

You can view all students that have been created and saved on your Testwise platform in the Students list. Students on the Testwise platform can be added to sittings and assessments.

To view the Students list:

  1. Click Students Students Button Icon on the Testwise home screen. This will display the Students list.

  2. If required, use the arrows at the bottom of the page to navigate. (You can also use the Items per page drop-down to display 25, 50, 75 and 100 students per page).

  3. The order of the Students list can be changed by clicking the ascending and descending arrows, next to each column heading.

  4. To display a specific set of students, you can:

  • Use the Filter Funnel Button Icon to display the filter pane and select the filters you want to apply to the Students list (e.g. Nationality, Gender, Group, Year, Ethnicity and SEND).

  • Use the Search Bar Search Icon to search for a specific student using their forename, surname or Unique ID.

  1. Within each student row, you can access specific functions for each student in the 'Action' column: Download, Edit Student, Activity Log and Deactivate/Reactivate Student.

Note: If not immediately visible, click the 'ellipsis'Ellipsis Horizontal Button Icon to display all available functions.

  1. If you have applied filters and want to view the full Students list, remove all filters and delete any text in the search bar.

Notes:

  • If the student information is not what you expected to see, this could be because your system labels have been changed by the System Administrator. You cannot change the system labels yourself, unless you have been granted the necessary permissions.

  • If there are no students displayed, it is because they have not been added to Testwise yet, or they have been deactivated.
