Export Students List as CSV

The Student Export function allows for all student data, within the Students list, to be downloaded onto a local system.

1. Click Students on the Testwise home screen. This will display the Students list, which contains the names of all existing students.

2. Click Export to export the Students list.

This will display four format options for downloading the Students list:

• Excel

• CSV

• Legacy Excel

• Legacy CSV

Note: The legacy option is available for schools who would prefer to continue using the original student data format.

3. Select the required file format, the Students list will then be automatically saved locally on your system in the selected format.

Note: The downloaded file may automatically save to the Downloads folder on your device.

4. Locate and open the file to ensure that your export was successful.

Note: This export contains the data held within the student's profile. It does not include the results, or any testing data associated with that student.
