View the Subscriptions and Credits List
The Subscriptions and Credits list is where all current and previously purchased subscriptions are displayed, along with their details.
To View the Subscriptions and Credits List:
Click Subscriptions and Credits
on the Testwise home screen. This will display the Subscriptions and Credits list.View the following details on the Subscriptions and Credits list: Total Credits, Available Credits, Tests, Reports and Subscriptions.
If required, use the Search Bar
to find a specific subscription by entering a product name.Click View Expiry Date
in the product row to display the subscriptions for a specific product. This will display the subscription page for the selected product, with the following information:
The assessment levels and reporting options available within the subscription.
The duration of the purchased subscription. These dates are found in the 'Subscription From' and 'Subscription To' columns.
Available Credits
Total Credits
The date in which the subscription was last modified.
Note: If you have Unlimited Credits for the subscription, this will also be displayed on the subscription page.
Product | The name of the product that your school or organisation has purchased. |
Status | The status of the subscription can be one of the following:

Available Credits | The number of credits available for the subscription. This value is the total number of students who can take tests on the current date. It is calculated by adding up all the available credits for each active subscription. If your subscription contains available credits which will become active in the future, these will not be included in the Available Credits value. The Available Credits value is reduced by 1 each time a Student user completes a test. |
Total Credits | The total number of credits that have been purchased, as on the current date. This value can increase if your school purchases more credits on the current date. This value does not change as students complete tests. |
