Change My Password

If required, you can change the password that you use to log into Testwise.

For information on how to reset a forgotten password, see Logging In.

How to Change your Password

1. Click the User icon at the top-right corner of the screen to display the available functions: My Profile, Change Password, Switch Account and Logout.

2. Select Change Password from the drop-down menu to display the 'Change Password' screen.

3. Enter your current password in the 'Current Password' field.

4. Enter your new password into the 'New Password' field. Re-enter the new password in the 'Confirm Password' field.

Note: A password must be at least 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter (A-Z), one lower case letter (a-z), and one number (0-9).

5. Click Save  to confirm the password change.

Note: You will receive an email to confirm that your Testwise password has been successfully changed.

6. You can now use your new password to log into Testwise.
