WellComm Digital Release
What do I get in the WellComm Toolkit?
WellComm Digital caters for children from 6 months to 11 years whilst the two WellComm paper toolkits Primary and Early Years cover 6 months to 6 years and 6 years to 11 years respectively. Each includes everything you need to screen, generate results, and act on them! The WellComm paper toolkits consist of The Handbook, The Little Book of Score Sheets and Rules, The Picture Book and The Big Book of Ideas (150 age-appropriate activities and strategies). WellComm Digital presents the same content in digital format and additionally includes reporting capabilities. The WellComm Digital Reporting Package is designed to be used alongside the paper toolkit.
I understand there is now a digital version, does this come with a hard copy and has it changed much?
WellComm Digital has the same content as WellComm paper, but provides the opportunity to go paper-free instead of photocopying scoresheets and BBOI activities.
Customers are welcome to purchase a paper WellComm toolkit in addition to the digital licence, or one of the books (paper Picture book alongside WellComm digital is a common combination).

What requirements are needed by the school to use WellComm Digital? What devices are compatible?
The School will need to have Internet access on both devices and devices that are the recommended size that GL requires. https://support.gl-assessment.co.uk/knowledge-base/platforms/testwise/minimum-system-requirements/minimum-system-requirements/
Can you access Wellcomm through Testwise, if so how does a user do so?
You can access WellComm at http://www.testwise.com/wellcomm. Your login details for Testwise and WellComm are the same, but you will to have a WellComm role added to your profile.
If you perform a password reset on Wellcomm does it apply to Testwise?
Yes absolutely, we store everything in one database, we will use the same endpoint to change the password.
If you import students on TestWise do they upload to WellComm (and vice versa)?
Yes, the idea is that we use one database and all children that are in Testwise will be in WellComm.
If you deactivate a student on one site (Testwise/WellComm) does it translate over?
Yes, it will do.
Is this an updated version of WellComm? Will there be differences in the content?
No. The WellComm assessment has not changed, and the digital development has been guided by the rules set out by the authors and by current practice with the paper product. The development is a “lift and shift” process where the paper product is being digitised as-is. However, a new user guide has been added to clearly and succinctly explain how to use WellComm Digital.
Will I be able to see a child’s progress over time?
Yes, in an Individual Report and in the Assessments tab when viewing a child, you can see all the assessment history for a child. Group Reports, Progress Reports and Cluster Reports can also be used to measure progress and plan activities and resourcing.
